Finesse Web Solutions — client example

Our Process

Six steps, in an order that protects you.

Every step exists to put a decision in front of you before the money that depends on it. Nothing here is exotic — it is simply written down, so you can hold us to it.

  1. Step 1: Project fit and site conversation

We start with the property and the brief, not a contract. What does the land allow, what does the budget comfort suggest, and is this a project we are the right builder for? If the answer is no, we say so here.

    What you walk away with

A clear yes or no, and a shared picture of the project

  2. Step 2: Plan selection or customization

You start from one of the ten build families — as drawn, adapted, or as the basis of something more custom. Plan Studio output, sketches and photographs all belong in this step.

    What you walk away with

A plan direction with its trade-offs written down

  3. Step 3: Scope and preconstruction planning

Site investigation, engineering coordination, permits and a scope document that separates what is included, what is an allowance, and what the site adds. Pricing follows scope, not the other way around.

    What you walk away with

A documented scope you can question line by line

  4. Step 4: Selections and final documentation

Finishes, fixtures and allowances are decided before construction needs them, with lead times in view. The final documents record what will actually be built.

    What you walk away with

Selections locked ahead of the schedule that needs them

  5. Step 5: Construction

Building proceeds against the documented scope with scheduled check-ins and photographic updates. Changes go through a written change process with cost and schedule impact stated before work continues.

    What you walk away with

Progress you can verify, changes you approved in writing

  6. Step 6: Walkthrough and handoff

A room-by-room walkthrough against the scope, a punch list with dates, and a handoff that covers systems, maintenance rhythms and documentation.

    What you walk away with

A finished home and the paperwork that explains it

Step one costs nothing but a conversation
