If you are an existing client using the support portal, we also receive the ticket details, screenshots, and voice notes you choose to upload.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to scope and quote work, and to support websites and software we have built. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers

This site is hosted on third-party infrastructure, and form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party sending service. Those providers process your information on our behalf in order to deliver the message.

Cookies and analytics

Sign-in for the client portal uses browser storage to keep you signed in.

Retention

Contact and support messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and to support ongoing work.
