Websites & pricing

Three ways to build your website

Pick the option that matches the size of the job. Each one is quoted up front and then looked after every month — the build and the care are one relationship, not two invoices.

Website pricing up front

Every small business website is quoted at a fixed price before the work begins. You see the number, the timeline, and the full scope in writing, so there are no hourly surprises and no change orders midway.

We build your website

Content, layout, and mobile-friendly design are handled for you, with technical issues fixed as part of the build. One preview of your real site is free, two if needed, before you commit. Extra previews are $150.

Website care included

Every website includes ongoing care for one monthly fee: hosting, domain support, regular backups, security updates, and fixes as they come up. When something needs changing, a real person answers the phone.

Already have a website? If the site exists and just needs rebuilding, the three website redesign packages — from $1,050 is usually the better fit — a free preview included.

Tier 1

Starter Website

Your first real website, done properly.

A focused credibility foundation with one clear customer journey: understand the business, see the work, get in touch.

  • One professional scrolling page, built mobile-first.
  • Local search essentials, map, and contact form.
  • Domain pointing and launch handled for you.
Build price
$1,500
Monthly care
$94 / month
Typical timeline
3 – 7 days

Tier 2

Business Website

More room to explain. More ways to convert.

Adds multi-page depth beyond Tier 1 — a page for each service, richer content and stronger lead capture — plus one business tool connected and working on day one.

  • Five to ten focused pages for services and proof.
  • One standard business tool connected on day one.
  • Stronger local and foundational search setup.
Build price
$4,500 – $8,500
Monthly care
$189 / month
Typical timeline
2 – 3 weeks

Tier 3

Online Business Website

A website that helps run the business.

Adds customer and owner operations beyond Tier 2 — ordering, payments, scheduling, accounts and an owner management area. Software built around your whole operation stays a separate service.

  • Everything in Tier 2 plus one primary operating workflow.
  • Secure payments, customer accounts, and scheduling.
  • Owner management area for day-to-day running.
Build price
$12,000 – $30,000+
Monthly care
Starting at $399 / month
Typical timeline
4 – 7 weeks

The top of the range is a starting point, not a ceiling — larger catalogs, multi-location booking, and deeper integrations are scoped and priced in writing before any work begins.

Branding

Need a new Logo — we can help

A logo is designed alongside the build, not bolted on after it. You get a primary wordmark, a standalone mark for small spaces, and the original files in your own hands — so the same identity carries across your site, your truck, your invoices, and your signage.

The process

How we design your logo

Three steps, roughly one to two weeks end to end. The sample below is Fieldstones & Furrow, a farm to table business we designed as a demonstration.

Step 1: Share your vision

We start with a short conversation, not a design brief. You tell us what the business does, who you serve, and the look you lean toward — we translate it. No design vocabulary required.

What we ask

  • What the business does, and who you want walking through the door
  • The names and words that must appear — business name, tagline, established year
  • Three words for the feel you want: warm and handmade, or bold and modern
  • Colors you are drawn to, or a palette link — we can also propose one
  • Where the logo has to hold up: signage, truck doors, shirts, invoices, an app icon
  • Anything to avoid, including anything too close to a competitor

Included, not extra

Logo design is not a separate service. It is included with every new website build — Starter, Business, and Online Business — at no additional cost.

Send the details with your project enquiry. There is a short logo and branding section on the contact form, including a place to attach sketches, photos, or an old logo.

Step 2: Review distinct directions

Your answers become three genuinely different concepts — not one idea in three colors. You pick the one that feels like your business. All three renderings are free.

Direction 1Free rendering
Fieldstones & Furrow serif monogram: two F letterforms flanking a botanical sprig, above the full wordmark and Farm to Table line

Serif monogram lockup

Formal and settled. The monogram survives on its own for signage, stamps, and a favicon.

Direction 2Selected
Fieldstones & Furrow script signature wordmark beside a hand-drawn herb sprig, above the Farm to Table line

Script signature

Warmest of the three. Reads as a hand on a menu, a market sign, or a paper bag.

Direction 3Free rendering
Fieldstones & Furrow circular badge seal in ink with the name set around a white botanical sprig

Circular badge seal

Built to be stamped. Holds up small on jar lids, crates, and stickers where a wordmark would break.

Three renderings are included at no cost. Additional directions beyond the three are quoted before any work starts.

Step 3: Refine & finalize

We tighten the chosen concept against your feedback — weight, spacing, the exact palette — then hand over every file you will ever need. Here the script signature was chosen.

Final delivery

  • Primary lockup, plus stacked and one-line variants
  • Mark-only version for small spaces and app icons
  • Reversed and single-color versions for signage and stitching
  • SVG, PNG, and print-ready PDF — originals are yours
  • Palette values and type specs written down, so it stays consistent

Fieldstones & Furrow is a fictional sample brand created to show the process. It is not a real business, client, or endorsement. Your logo is drawn for your name, your trade, and the places it has to hold up.

Build prices cover the work Finesse does. Third-party services you connect — payments, booking, email sending, domains — bill you directly at their own rates.

Works with the tools you already use

We connect your website to the accounts you already pay for

Booking, payments, email, maps, your Google listing, your bookkeeping — the accounts stay yours, and we wire them together so everything works as one. Tier 2 includes one standard connection. Tier 3 includes one primary workflow — the sequence that makes you money, such as browse → pay, or enquiry → booking. Anything beyond that is quoted once we see what you use.

Do not see an integration that you use? Reach out to us; we would love to integrate whatever apps you use in your company. Third-party subscription and usage fees may apply and are billed to you by the provider. Availability depends on your project scope.
